Delivery in the UK for most items on our site is Free 2nd class royal mail please allow 5-7 days to receive your items. Keep in mind some of our uv decor items such as uv nets or uv flowers are hand made and require a 7 day processing time before shipping. There is small postage fees for some items on our site please see this at checkout.
UV lycra webbing tapestry - There is only a 1 day processing time to get your items ready for shipping- these items we keep stocked in our warehouse.
Please keep in mind if you order items together - Items with a 7 day processing time and other items with a 1 day processing time -as we ship our items Free of charge, your items will be sent together in 1 parcel - if you need the decor urgent please do contact us prior to ordering. Check your item listing for processing time prior to dispatch.
For the UK- We ship standard with Royal mail or with Parcel force for orders over 2kg.
We also offer Next day delivery option in the UK on items with 1 day processing time ( processing time is the time we need prior to dispatch to get your items ready for shipping) see product listing details to check the processing time of the item you would like to purchase.
For next day delivery option - This is Royal mail shipping next day delivery guaranteed by 1pm if ordered by 12 noon.
International orders:
There is a 7 day processing time for all items on our site excluding uv spandex webbing decor- these items are stocked in our warehouse and are available for next day shipping.
Check areas we ship to on the checkout page- input your postcode this will bring up a shipping charge for your state.
We offer standard international tracked Royal mail delivery service on most of our items-
Royal mail say this is 7-10 working days to receive your item.
If you opt for the priority shipping option at checkout this is a faster shipping service - Royal mail say to allow 3-5 working days, However being realistic please allow 5-7 working days for your order to reach you.
Please take into consideration international orders have to go through customs procedures .
If you are ordering into SPAIN - please note the Correos aduanas the customs depot are particularly slow at passing parcels through customs. We have now started to ship to spain with Fedex this is a much faster service and smoother for our customers.
Please note if you are ordering internationally, you may need to pay customs charges when your item passes the borders - Lay-z-days are not responsible for this. or delays due to customs procedures.

Returns
As items are custom made we do not accept refunds on our items, please purchase seriously, refunds or returns will be granted if-
There is an error on our side such as wrong size sent or a faulty item etc - however as a small business every item is fully inspected manually by us before packaging and shipping.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, all items will be thoroughly checked upon receiving your return before any refunds are issued.
You have 14 days from receiving your uv decor items to contact us and to be eligible for return if your circumstance meets the above criteria.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Additional non-returnable items:
Gift cards | inflatable decor | Star cloths unless these meet our return criteria mentioned above and arrive faulty.
Inflatable decor must be checked within 3 days of receiving to be eligible for a replacement if faulty. where possible we may send out replacement parts if suitable to do so. Same rules applies to star cloths and there is a 12 month parts warranty on these items. Returns are not accepted if you just decide you don't want the item or you have chosen the wrong size. So Please purchase seriously. These items come from our overseas suppliers direct and are not stocked in our warehouse. However are fully checked and videoed before dispatch for quality control. Small customs charges may apply once your item passes the border. Lay-z-days are not responsible for this. However any issues please contact us we will assist you.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the product before any return is granted- email us lay-z-days@outlook.com

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time up to 14 days before your refund is officially posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item contact- Lay-z-days@outlook.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Unless the item is damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
