Lay-z-spa Puncture Repair & Pump descale
Is your Lay-z-spa in need of an uplift? if so you have come to the right place!
If you think you may have a lay-z-spa hot tub past its shelf life don't dispose of it just yet! We may just be able to bring it back to life!
The Puncture repair & Descale package includes:
- 1 Lay-z-spa Puncture Repair ( additional punctures £9.99 each)
- Full Pump Descale- to eliminate error codes such as Error E02
We collect your hot tub from your location (Free in the TF2, fuel charge applies for outside Tf2) we will deliver back to you after repaired.
After inspection you will get a call with 24-48hrs to discuss on the phone any work required, before any work is carried out.
Please note if we Collect the spa and find its unrepairable you will be charged a £39.99 fee for our time spent on inspection.
If you can already located the puncture then the price for this service is £49.99 please let us know when booking as we may repair onsite - however if we have to spend time trying to locate the puncture the cost for this service is £69.99 - additional cost can be paid upon collection.
Further punctures to be repaired can be discussed upon arrival or over the phone.
Upon Booking online you will be asked for your email address, You will then be notified by email with available time slot for your collection, We will try our best to fit you in at your preferred time slot subject to availability.
7 days advance notice MUST be given for any cancellations or customer's will not be entitled to any refunds.

Unfortunately we no longer work Sunday for delivery or collection, unless you are at a holiday let hiring a hot tub from us then we do our best to accommodate. However this may incur a out of hours service charge.

Is There a booking deposit to pay?
There is a non refundable booking deposit to secure your hire date. This is deducted off the total balance. Remaining balance due on the day of hire.

I have grass/ patio/artificial grass can you still set up?
If you are hiring a commercial gazebo tent and have patio, artificial grass or concrete please send us a 360 photo of the set up area so we can check anchor points prior to booking - contact us- CLICK HERE
For grass or gravel set up customers must add the Rola- trac flooring onto your booking- match the Rola trac flooring size to your tent size on the booking system. CLICK HERE BOOK

I need a bigger tent than whats on your website?
Great!- please contact us CLICK HERE - we can create you a custom size tent to suit your guest capacity.
All our tents mount together fully zipped.
I don't have a outside electrical socket?
90% of customers don't.
We can connect to a inside power socket, however please note the window will need to be on latch and wont fully close. If you are worried about security issues we can run our extension leads to a upstairs window rather than downstairs.
Do i get led furniture with the tent?
yes all tents have recently been upgraded - all tents now come with led cocktail bar and x3 led cubes & additional non led benches with table included in price.
What time will you deliver my Party tent or Hot tub? or I need the tent ready for a specific time?
Due to bookings coming in regular - we organise our delivery/collection route schedule usually on a Monday at the start of each week.
You will be allocated a delivery & collection time 3-5 days prior to your event date. If you need the tent ready for a specific time please contact us prior to booking we will do our best to help meet your needs.
